Mary Egger and Jean Savage, co-workers from the NP Dodge office at 12915 W. Dodge Rd., are heading to the gulf coast with a trained team of Red Cross disaster volunteers. They will volunteer their assistance to those in need brought on by the devastation of Hurricane Katrina.

All American Red Cross disaster assistance is free. It is thanks to the generosity and compassion of others that the Red Cross is able to provide relief to the victims of disaster. The President has declared September 16 a national day of prayer for Hurricane Katrina's victims and volunteers.

Mike Riedmann, President of NP Dodge Residential Sales, today announced the promotions of Don Evans to Vice President and General Sales Manager and Jodee Drake-Soto to Vice President of Marketing for the Residential Sales Division.

Don Evans previously served as the Sarpy County and Pacific Hills Office Manager where he mentored his successor in both locations. He was also instrumental in the new Licensee Recruiting Program. In his new role he will continue to develop new business opportunities and real estate partnerships.

The annual NP Dodge Golf Outing was held today at the beautiful Pacific Springs Golf Course. First tee time was at noon and NP Dodge covered the course with a total of 24 teams consisting of agents, builders and various business partners.

This years first place winners included Todd Rensch from the West Dodge office, Mike Rolf from The Mortgage Group and Grant Stine from West Pacific. Second place honors were given to Mike and Michelle Jenkins, Brian Marasco and Bill Wofford from the West Pacific office. Today NP Dodge Real Estate announces the promotion of Jeff Martin to Managing Broker of the Glenwood, Iowa sales office, located at 201 S. Locust St.

Jeff was born and raised in Southwest Iowa and has been a licensed Realtor since 1992. He obtained his broker's license and owned his own company until merging with NP Dodge in July of 2004.

Mr. Martin will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Glenwood office. He is an active member of the Southwest Iowa Association of Realtors, where he sits on the board of Directors, Professional Standards Committee, and is chairman of the MLS Committee.

Today NP Dodge Real Estate announces the promotion of Jerry Vogel to Manager of the new Pacific Hills sales office, located at 12050 Pacific Street.

Jerry graduated from Wayne State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management.

He previously worked in the printing supply industry and has over twenty-six years of management experience.

Mr. Vogel has been with NP Dodge for over six years. In his new position, he will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the new Pacific Hills Home Buyer Center. He is a member of the Omaha Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.

The NP Dodge Residential Sales Office in Council Bluffs was recognized today with the Legacy Award from the Council Bluffs Area Chamber of Commerce. This award was created in 2004 to recognize Chamber members who have been members over 30 years.

Today at the annual Council Bluffs parade the NP Dodge Council Bluffs Office was awarded 1st Place in the small commercial division for their float design. The float was a replica of the Historic General Dodge House. They also featured a gentleman dressed in period costume as General Dodge and carried a banner announcing their 150th year in business.

NP Dodge Company has recruited a record 150 of its employees and associates to walk in UNO's "Women's Walk for Women's Athletics," to be held Saturday, April 16, beginning at 10 a.m. on the UNO campus. Each of these 150 men and women will represent one year of the company's 150 years in business in this community.

"The Women's Walk is an event NP Dodge has always supported, but this year we wanted to do something special in celebration of our 150th anniversary, so we were determined to recruit 150 people to join in the walk," said Kate Dodge, president of NP Dodge's National Equity, Inc. "We were pleasantly surprised at how easy that was to do." Dodge has volunteered her time for the annual event for the past 15 years.
