I have been with NP Dodge Real Estate in Council Bluffs, IA since 2008 when I first came into the real estate profession. Our office is more of a “family setting”. When I say that, the other realtors in our office are always willing to lend a “helping hand”. We were all new at one time! The training is phenomenal! Much of the training is at no cost to the agent. I have no desire to go to another brokerage firm. Did I mention --- Our Broker, Dan Van Houten is awesome!

I just want to let it be known that I see first-hand that NP Dodge Real Estate is way above and beyond all other realty companies. I am forever telling everyone that NP Dodge is a one stop agency. From day one you are in good hands and assigned an experienced and knowledgeable mentor to get you started. That mentor guides you very thoroughly and patiently through your first few listings and closings. When I say one stop agency, I truly mean that. NP Dodge provides every agent with their own website. There are weekly staff meetings and training classes of some kind nearly every day in safety, contracts, as well as other classes on how to use CRM, Docu-Sign, and Social Media, just to name a few. There are years and years of agent experience in NP Dodge. I see and hear about agents from other companies scrambling to figure out what they have to do and most of it they have to do themselves. Not the agents at NP Dodge. Everything they need is right there for them. I need to tell you the very best thing about NP Dodge that makes them shine over their competitors. The family atmosphere. From the minute you walk into the building you feel the family vibe. Most of the employees, and agents have been with the company for many years. These employees, agents and their families are all part of the NP Dodge Family. We care about each other and help each other. NP Dodge has made their brand to be the very best and in my opinion they are.

Moving over to NP Dodge in the Council Bluffs office was a game changer for me. It really helped spark my business and allowed me to take it to another level. The leadership, training and agents are second to none. There is always someone with a smile on their face and willing to help. The Council Bluffs office has that family feel within a bigger company.
